Dear Mr Sanders
I am writing to complain that the queues at your food outlet are too long.
Every time I go to KFC, I see four cash registers closed and two open. It takes me about four minutes to order one meal. Next time, could you just open all the cash registers? If you can't, hire more people to do the job.
Next time, I want to see all cash registers open, and spend less time waiting.
